Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Perform API testing and validation using RestAssured and Postman.
- Develop automation solutions using Java or Python following best coding and testing practices.
- Review and validate API contracts and specifications using Spec-Kit/OpenAPI standards.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality assurance.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Identify, track, and report defects while ensuring complete test coverage across applications.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and support root cause analysis for quality improvements.
- Drive test automation strategy, framework enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives in Agile environments.
