To be a successful Service Engineer, you should have experience with:
- Deep knowledge on NetApp Ontap and Dell Isilon
- Strong Understanding of DR-RTO/RPO Planning and Compliance Frameworks
- Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus) and automation
frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Python)
- Experience with hybrid cloud storage architectures, including AWS FSx for ONTAP,
NetApp Cloud Volumes, and Isilon CloudPools
- - Proven experience leading business resiliency, disaster
