Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to build and grow our network of used two-wheeler dealer partners. This role involves onboarding new dealers, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and driving business growth across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new used two-wheeler dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Visit dealer showrooms regularly to understand their requirements and ensure continued engagement.
- Drive dealer activation and increase business from assigned accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless dealer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer visits, onboarding activities, and sales performance.
- Achieve monthly dealer onboarding and business targets.
Requirements
- 1-6 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Dealer Management.
- Experience in the automobile or used two-wheeler industry is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and dealer ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- For Pune: Marathi/Hindi proficiency is preferred.
