Responsibilities

- Project Coordination: Assist in gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams for mobile app & web development.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal IT, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Project Coordination: Support the creation and tracking of project plans using Agile methodology.
- Project Coordination: Help manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of mobile front-end components.
- Team Collaboration: Work with business teams to understand needs and prioritize tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with IT delivery and QA teams to ensure quality and timely releases.
- Technical Understanding: Develop a basic understanding of mobile app design and development (Android experience is essential).
- Technical Understanding: Learn and apply best practices for iOS and Android app development.
- Problem Solving & Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in business processes and contribute to solution implementation.

Help resolve project issues and track dependencies.
- Documentation & Communication: Prepare project updates, technical specifications, and presentation materials.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Should have 2-4 years of mobile/digital domain experience
- Prior & relevant experience in Mobile & Web Apps domain across multiple operating systems
