Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate MEP activities for residential real estate projects, ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate MEP works at residential project sites.
- Manage Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project teams.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Monitor site execution, quality, progress, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site-level MEP discrepancies.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil and finishing activities.




- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer.
- Experience in real estate / residential projects is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of MEP services and residential building systems.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and site management skills.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
