Role & responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction at our industrial shed project in Savardari, Chakan.
• Manage the labour contractor's crew on site and ensure daily output targets are met
• Supervise RCC work foundations, columns, shuttering, reinforcement, casting and curing
• Check line, level and plumb; verify work against drawings before and during pouring
• Carry out daily quality checks and ensure work meets specifications
• Receive and check materials at site; maintain material records
• Enforce site safety standards and daily safety compliance
• Report daily progress, labour count and site issues to the Site Engineer
• Coordinate with contractors and resolve day-to-day site problems

Preferred candidate profile

• 38 years of hands-on experience supervising civil construction sites
• Experience managing a labour contractor's crew — you should be able to get output from workers who aren't on our payroll




• Strong practical knowledge of RCC work: shuttering, reinforcement, column plumb, casting, curing
• Ability to read construction drawings and check work against them
• Practical quality eye — you know good work from bad on site
• Comfortable using an auto level
• ITI / Diploma in Civil preferred; strong site experience will be valued over qualifications
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chakan / Pune
• Industrial shed or PEB experience is an advantage
• Marathi/Hindi speaking preferred for site communication
