Role Overview:
We are looking for an Automation Script Engineer to build secure, reliable, and idempotent automation scripts for autonomous IT operations across Windows, Linux, Cloud, Network, Security, and IT Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripts for Windows/Linux endpoint remediation and administration.
- Build Ansible playbooks for infrastructure, patching, configuration, and network automation.
- Develop Terraform modules for AWS/Azure provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON, OAuth/API keys for identity, endpoint, network, and ITAM automation.
- Automate Active Directory, Intune/Tanium, ServiceNow, CMDB, backup/DR,



and cloud operations.
- Design scripts with idempotency, dry-run, rollback, validation, and least-privilege security.
- Maintain scripts in Git, implement CI/CD, unit/integration testing, and semantic versioning.
- Support network/security automation using Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Juniper technologies.
- Collaborate with AI platform teams on MCP-compatible tools and HITL automation.
