Asset Management and Performance Attribution profile

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Looking for an experienced skilled who can lead a team and serve as the primary face-off to business stakeholders and end users for our Performance Attribution initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience with strong expertise in performance attribution, asset management, fund performance measurement, data analysis, and production troubleshooting.

The individual should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical teams. Additionally,



the candidate should have strong data engineering capabilities and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving delivery in complex investment management environments.

Must have exp in the technical and domain knowledge requirements for this role, particularly in the areas of data warehousing, data modeling and architecture, and the asset management/performance domain.
