Candidate requirement

We need a hands-on marketing leader who can manage brand, growth, CRM, content, campaigns, Google visibility, patient acquisition and local partnerships.

Key responsibilities

- Own monthly marketing plan
- Track daily leads and revenue
- Manage CRM and lead follow-up discipline
- Coordinate content calendar and Dr. Shilpas videos
- Manage Google reviews and Google Business
- Coordinate performance marketing and SEO consultants
- Manage field marketing / doctor relations team
- Track appointments, no-shows and conversions




- Plan campaigns for skin, hair, laser, anti-ageing and future body/longevity services
- Prepare weekly performance report

Must-have experience

- 5 to 8 years marketing experience
- Healthcare / wellness / clinic / beauty / premium service experience preferred
- Solid communication
- Strong execution
- CRM and lead tracking mindset
- Ability to manage small team and consultants
- Pune-based or willing to work from Pune
