- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, biometric devices, and security systems.
- Perform site surveys and recommend suitable installation solutions.
- Handle field service visits for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform CCTV configuration, camera setup, and remote monitoring configuration.
- Install and maintain LAN networks, structured cabling, and network devices.
- Ensure proper wiring, cabling, and device connectivity at customer locations.
- Support fire alarm systems and other integrated security solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and service delivery.
