- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows.
- Develop custom scripts using JavaScript and SOAP APIs to integrate external systems with ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot issues related to REST API integration and provide technical support for end-users.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of ITSM principles and practices (ITIL v3/4).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Experience with SOAP APIs, REST API integration on ServiceNow platform.
