- Attend and assist customers in the shop
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable outfits
- Handle sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain product display and shop cleanliness
- Handle billing and cash/UPI payments
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Check incoming and outgoing stock
- Coordinate with tailoring/manufacturing team when required
- Handle customer follow-ups and orders
- Support day-to-day shop management
