Job Description

We are looking for freshers to join our team as Case Processing Executives. The role involves coordinating between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with medical facilities to obtain patient medical reports after discharge.
- Follow up with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and medical facilities for pending reports.
- Ensure reports are received within the turnaround time specified by the client.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies/law firms and medical facilities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates on case status.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in night/US shifts.




- Good communication and follow-up skills are essential.

Salary & Perks

- CTC: Up to 25,000 per month
- Monthly Incentives: Up to 7,000 gross
- Fixed US Shift
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
- Overtime Paid

Important Note

This is a voice process opening. Candidates with experience in back-office, B2B lead generation, RPO, or Business Development will not be considered.
