Job Summary

Job Purpose: This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall branch operations, performance & profitability of the branch.
- Drive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
- Plan, conduct & monitor the branch and field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion and branch growth.
- Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of old customers.
- Conduct error-free valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
- Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
- Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through robust follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.




- Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch and for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintaining quality and performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and taking necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
- Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCDs, Gold Coins sale etc.
- Responsible for correct valuation and maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree / Post-graduation Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
