JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with 7+ years of experience in luxury residential high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, resource planning, progress tracking, MIS reporting, and coordination with all project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within the planned schedule and budget.

The candidate should possess solid knowledge of construction sequencing, project controls, Primavera/MS Project, and should be capable of preparing detailed project schedules, tracking project performance, and identifying potential delays with corrective action plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare detailed project schedules (Baseline, Master & Micro Level) using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for project execution.
- Prepare construction schedules considering procurement, approvals, manpower, and execution activities.
- Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Analyze project delays and recommend recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct schedule variance and critical path analysis.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Procurement teams.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely achievement.
- Monitor resource utilization including manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Prepare look-ahead plans (7-day, 15-day, and monthly plans).
- Coordinate with Purchase and Contracts teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare project dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor productivity and identify bottlenecks affecting project timelines.
- Assist in cash flow planning and project forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.




- Participate in project review meetings and prepare MOMs with action trackers.
- Maintain project planning records and documentation.
- Coordinate with ERP teams to ensure accurate project updates.
- Support management with project status presentations and performance reports.
- Ensure effective planning for luxury residential and high-rise construction activities from excavation to handover.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil) is mandatory.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in planning and scheduling of residential real estate projects.
- Prior experience in luxury residential and high-rise construction projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in complete project lifecycle planning from excavation to possession.
- Exposure to multiple concurrent projects will be an added advantage.

- Hands-on experience with ERP software used in the real estate industry (such as In4Suite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Ability to prepare executive-level MIS reports.
