Role & responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and onboarding for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee perks administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement activities.
- Support performance appraisal and training programs.
- Conduct exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
- Generate HR reports and maintain manpower data.
- Support NABH and other accreditation-related HR requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of HR Generalist experience.




- Hospital/Healthcare experience mandatory.
