We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily workforce activities
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower
- Monitor productivity and maintain work quality
- Handle attendance and basic documentation
- Coordinate with management for operational requirements
- Maintain discipline and safety at the workplace
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/record keeping
- Ability to handle the team and work under pressure
