Job Description
- Client coordination
- Support in MIS preparation
- Payment processing
- Month-end, quarterly and year-end closing
- Provision for expenses
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- AP Invoice processing, vendor ageing and reconciliation
- AR – Revenue entries and reconciliations
- Audit assistance
- Bank reconciliation
Skillset
- Experience with any of the following accounting software: Xero (preferred), SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, D365, NetSuite or AIQ
- Understanding of input VAT; VAT experience will be preferred
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel; knowledge of macros will be an added advantage
- Fluent English communication skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting entries and adjustments
