Role Highlights

- Own end-to-end project delivery (Post-PO to execution & closure)
- Drive project profitability (P&L;), costing & budgeting
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients
- Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, etc.)
- - What Were Looking For
- 5-10 years in Project Management / VM / Retail Fixtures
- Strong client handling & stakeholder management
- Knowledge of metal, wood, acrylic & lighting fixtures
- Experience with ERP (SAP/Epicor), Excel, project tracking tools
- Valuable understanding of commercials & P&L;
- BE Mechanical preferred | PMP/MBA (Ops/PM) is a plus

1. Commercial Ownership & Project Profitability

- Own project costing, budgeting, and margin (P&L;)
- Ensure alignment between: Quoted vs actual cost, Budget vs execution




- Drive cost control and profitability throughout project lifecycle

2. End-to-End Project Ownership

- Take full ownership from: Post-PO Planning Execute on Delivery After-Sales Service

3. Client Management (SPOC)

- Act as Single Point of Contact for: New clients (post-PO stage), Repeat clients (complete lifecycle from enquiry).
