- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal audit team to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, developing action plans to address them.
- Conduct regular reviews of incident reports and root cause analysis (RCA) studies to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance on enterprise risk management best practices to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in Operational Risk, Asset Management, or related field.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Risk Management principles, including RCSA framework.
- Experience with Incident Management processes and tools such as ITSM/ITIL.
