Responsibilities

- Preparation of relevant data for Internal/External Customers.
- Interactions with Internal/External customers to capture VOC (Voice of Customer) and select/recommend right product/solutions for their applications using various tools (e.g. analytical, excel, Bearing etc).
- Responsible for application engineering, product/solutions recommendations, recent product development, testing validation, troubleshooting, failure analysis, related tools of APQP/PEP and audit documentations.
- Conducting Technical Seminars and workshops at customer s place for product approval/acceptance.
- Compilation of various product mapping details for the region in key industry segments/applications.
- Monitor and drive technical survey. Assist concerned team to execute different service contracts.
- Provide engineering support to customers including mounting and condition monitoring.
- Working closely with sales team to promote Schaeffler products/solutions.
- Implementation of Engineering Initiatives of Strategic Road Maps for respective industry sectors.
- Interaction with Regional Manager/Sector Managers/Product managers on New Application/New customer/ New-market development.
- Verify potential constraints in case project deliveries are at risk and lead implementation of mitigating actions.




- Transfer/document knowledge experience and provide relevant trainings available to Project/CFT Team.
- Drive project management as per PEP process within Schaeffler India Ltd.
- Present regular updates on projects to all Stakeholders/Senior Management (internal and external).
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her sup erior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

Your Qualifications

- Education: B.E./B. Tech Mechanical/Production or Similar
- Job experience : 10-15 years. Design, Engineering, Maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of rotating equipments in Engineering/process industry
- Languages skills : English, Hindi/local language
- Knowledge of SAP / PC : Desirable
- Technical knowledge : Basics of Mechanical Engineering
- Additional necessary knowledge or experiences: Sound understanding of Mechanical Engineering Basics.
- Knowledge about Manufacturing processes and relevant key machines used in manufacturing process/similar industries.
