Role & responsibilities

- Hands on experience of CNC, VMC operating machine.
- Set up CNC machines, including tool selection, alignment, and fixture installation.
- Read and modify CNC programs (G-code and M-code) as required to optimize production processes.
- Operate CNC machines for gear manufacturing (e.g., turning, milling, hobbling, grinding).
- Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, gear tooth Vernier, and CMM.
- Perform routine maintenance, including lubrication, tool replacement, and cleaning of CNC machines.
- Identify potential equipment issues, report them to the maintenance team, and contribute to timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficient in CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes, particularly for gear manufacturing.
- Familiarity with various machining tools like hobs, cutters, and grinding wheels.
- Candidate should have the passport to travel for training to abroad.
