Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute projects from concept to commissioning and customer handover.
- Prepare WBS, project schedules, Gantt charts, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Manage project timelines, costs, quality, risks, billing, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and delegate work across mechanical, controls, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teams.
- Drive projects to achieve committed delivery dates and billing targets.
- Handle customer communication, project reviews, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot technical and execution-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and lead a skilled, accountable, and result-oriented project team.
- Support project costing, component pricing, vendor coordination, and commercial decisions.




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging automation technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation, Robotics, and Machine Vision.
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes, material selection, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation components.
- Basic knowledge of robot programming.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, RoboGuide, and project management tools such as MS Project/Gantt Charts.
- Good understanding of mechanical, controls, and automation system integration.
