Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing candidates from the insurance and loan sales sectors and be able to close positions quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for RM and RE banking sales positions.
- Source candidates with experience in:
- Insurance sales
- Loan sales
- Banking sales
- CASA sales
- Field sales and relationship management
- Use job portals, social media, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on sales experience,



communication skills, target achievements, and location.
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
