Job Description Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and advertisements.

- Create graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

- Design event creatives including invitations, banners, backdrops, standees, stage graphics, certificates, badges, brochures, and event collaterals.

- Develop visual concepts for business events, conferences, award shows, and corporate campaigns.

- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colours, typography, and visual identity.

- Work closely with the content, marketing, and event teams to understand creative requirements.

- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

- Create supporting visuals such as illustrations, infographics, collages, photo compositions, and promotional creatives.

- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality.

- Manage multiple design projects and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative styles.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.

- Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.





- Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.

- Ability to create designs from a brief and develop original creative concepts.

- Good attention to detail.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree /diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

A strong portfolio is mandatory.
