We are looking for an experienced Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to lead endpoint security strategy, operations, and technology initiatives across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage endpoint security strategy, roadmap, standards, and policies.
- Lead administration and lifecycle management of EDR/XDR, Antivirus, and endpoint security platforms.
- Manage endpoint security incidents, troubleshooting, hardening, detection, and automated response.
- Drive Vulnerability Management, including risk assessment, remediation tracking, SLA monitoring, and reporting.
- Evaluate new security technologies and improve the organization's security posture.
- Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and remediation.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, risk teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support security projects, provide technical guidance, and prepare reports for decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

- BE or equivalent degree.




- 7+ years of Endpoint Security experience.
- 6+ years of Vulnerability Management experience.
- 5+ years of EDR/XDR/Antivirus management experience.
- Experience with security frameworks, standards, and audits.
- Strong incident handling, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- CompTIA Security+
- AZ-500 / SC-200 / CCSP
- CISSP / CISM

Key Tools:
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7.

Soft Skills:
Strong ownership, decision-making, analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
