Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine inspections, measurements, and testing as per established quality standards and procedures.
- Record and maintain quality inspection reports, test results, and QC documentation accurately.
- Identify and report quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities to the QC/QA team.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and handling of materials and products during inspection.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Verify products against approved specifications, drawings, standards, or customer requirements.
- Support implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the QC inspection/testing area.
- Assist in calibration and upkeep of inspection and testing equipment.
