Role Description

Client Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new clients and mandates.

Team Management: Initially, the role will be an IC role, followed by building a team of 4 to 5 recruiters.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidate sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for client positions.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Profile Validation and Delivery:

- Ensure that profiles presented to clients meet their specified criteria and requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and feedback between clients and candidates.
