JOB DESCRIPTION INTERIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Relationship Manager who will be responsible for generating leads, handling client enquiries, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design and execution teams, and converting enquiries into confirmed interior projects.

The candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Client Management

- Handle incoming leads from digital marketing, referrals, walk-ins and other sources.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their interior requirements, budget and timeline.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.

2. Sales & Business Development

- Convert enquiries into site visits and site visits into confirmed projects.
- Prepare and explain quotations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate with clients within company-approved pricing and commercial policies.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking and client references.

3. Client Coordination

- Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, project managers and execution teams.
- Ensure client requirements are properly communicated to the concerned team.
- Handle basic client queries and coordinate for quick resolution.

4. Site Visit & Presentation

- Visit project sites with clients when required.
- Explain company services,



materials, design concepts and project timelines.
- Present interior solutions according to the client's budget and requirements.
- Follow up after meetings/site visits until closure.

5. Follow-up & Reporting

- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Track lead status: Recent Lead Contacted Meeting Site Visit Quotation Negotiation Booking Project Handover.
- Ensure no genuine lead remains unattended or without follow-up.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.

- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of interior design, furniture, modular kitchen and home renovation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Professional attitude and good presentation skills.

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Graduate / Diploma / equivalent qualification.

Candidates with experience in Interior Design Sales, Real Estate Sales, Furniture Sales, Modular Kitchen Sales or Home Improvement Sales will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Incentive: Attractive performance-based sales incentives in addition to salary.
