- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN connectivity problems, including router and switch configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on desktops and laptops.
- Manage printers, Outlook email clients, and other peripherals.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in desktop support engineering or related field.
- Robust knowledge of LAN troubleshooting, OS installation, and VLAN configuration.
- Proficiency in configuring routers and switches; ability to work with various brands' equipment.
