Role Description
We are currently hiring for a Banking Operations profile. We cater to a global investment bank and handle the operation for payment. We handle the payment investigation Line of business where we majorly work on payment processing, Payment transfer, cash management, International payments, work on SWIFT & Wired Payments for Multiple Currencies.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Should be aware of SWIFT.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify issues and trends
- Document and report findings accurately
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Provide timely and accurate updates on investigations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
