Post : HR Executive
Location : Andheri E, Mumbai
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 1 year
Salary : 30k CTC
Timings : 9.00 am 6.00pm - Monday to Saturday

Job Profile
- Manage recruitment and coordinate with placement agencies.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Handle HR MIS and reports.
- Support performance management and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Eligibility:
- Fluent in English / Hindi and Marathi
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
