We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our Learning Support team at a leading International School. The ideal candidate will support students with diverse learning needs across all grade levels and work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school leadership to foster an inclusive learning setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess students with learning difficulties and special educational needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one and small-group intervention sessions.
- Support classroom teachers with differentiated teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with parents, counselors, therapists, and school leadership.
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation.
- Recommend accommodations and assistive learning strategies.
- Participate in parent meetings, professional development, and school activities.

Preferred Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Special Educator in a school.
