This is not a purely writing or coordination role. It is a creative strategy role, part storyteller, part trend-hunter, part producer.

You'll work closely with creators, editors, and ops teams to turn cultural insights, trends, and audience behavior into scroll-stopping YouTube videos, from strong hooks and storyboards to smart packaging and post-production decisions. You may also work on podcasts and long-form conversations, helping define structure, flows, and audience-first storytelling.

Responsibilities

- Spot content opportunities from trends, culture, and audience interest
- Build weekly and monthly content calendars for different channels
- Strengthen hooks, story arcs, and storyboards with creators
- Help shape video packaging including titles, thumbnails, and post-production direction
- Collaborate with editors to ensure strong creative intent in execution




- Study performance and convert insights into better creative decisions
- Experiment with formats, headlines, thumbnails, and tones

Who Should Apply

- 0-2 years experience in content creation, writing, or media
- Strong writing ability and clear thinking, especially around hooks and storytelling
- Interest in video packaging, post-production choices, and why some videos outperform others
- Deep curiosity about YouTube, internet culture, and trends
- Comfort with quick-paced decision-making and iteration
- Background in journalism, theatre, or being a creator is a plus
- Excellent command of Hindi and English (bilingual communication)

This is primarily an office-based role in India. Openings are currently in Pune and Mumbai.
