Key Responsibilities -

• Promote AI adoption through awareness sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on training programs.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI, automation, and intelligent workflows across functional departments.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and multi-step workflows using Claude Cowork, Claude, n8n, and other approved no-code/low code automation platforms.

• Automate repetitive business processes by integrating applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

• Develop prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and pilot solutions to validate AI use cases before enterprise deployment.

• Collaborate with Business, IT, Information Security, Compliance, and other stakeholders to implement secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions.

• Train employees on prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, and best practices for effective AI usage.

• Monitor AI adoption, measure productivity improvements, and track business outcomes through defined KPIs and reporting.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms, and recommend enterprise- ready solutions aligned with business objectives.





• Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring adherence to data privacy, cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Robust hands-on expertise with Claude Cowork and the Claude ecosystem for executing research, document creation, file processing, and complex multi-step workflows.

• Practical experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.

• Experience in building AI agents, intelligent workflows, and API-based integrations.

• Good understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted business processes.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI and automation solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and enterprise governance frameworks.
