Job Summary

Security Brigade is hiring a Project Manager to own the delivery layer of our cybersecurity engagements. You will partner directly with clients across BFSI, fintech, healthcare, and critical infrastructure to scope work, run it cleanly, and ship audit-ready reports on time. You will work alongside our L1/L2/L3 review chain and our Lemon audit-management platform - your job is to keep complex multi-track engagements (VAPT + red team + compliance + remediation revalidation) moving without dropping balls. The role reports to the Director of Security Services and pairs you closely with technical leads, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

- Discuss client needs and recommend the right scope, timelines, and resourcing for engagements aligned with cybersecurity best practice.
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with technical leads and the sales team; confirm technical feasibility before commitment.
- Drive on-time, in-scope delivery across the engagement portfolio with appropriate verification techniques and structured reporting.
- Coordinate across testing, reporting, compliance, and customer-success teams for clean, repeatable execution.
- Develop and maintain a detailed delivery plan with progress tracking, status escalations, and risk management.
- Manage the customer relationship across the engagement lifecycle - kickoff to closure to follow-up - and flag commercial or scope issues early.
- Draft and review project documentation (SoWs,



project plans, status reports, closure summaries) to a professional standard.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales activities including scoping, proposal review, and customer presentations when required.

Requirements

- 3-6 years of project management experience in cybersecurity services, IT services, or a closely-related professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of client-facing engagements end-to-end - scoping, scheduling, status reporting, escalation, and closure.
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable interacting with CISO / CTO / Compliance leadership at enterprise customers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to run multiple concurrent engagements without missing deadlines or quality bars.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity service categories (VAPT, audit, red team, compliance) - you do not need to be a hands-on tester, but you must speak the language credibly with clients.
- Proficient with project tracking tools, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and structured documentation.
