- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions using BFSI domain knowledge.
- Develop use cases, BRDs (Business Requirement Document), FRDs (Functional Requirement Document) and FSDs (Feature Specification Document) for IT projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field in the Banking industry.
- Robust understanding of BFSI projects and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent requirement gathering skills with ability to elicit clear requirements from stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation such as Use Cases, BRDs, FRDs & FSDs.
