Key Responsibilities

- Oversee design, architecture, and development to ensure scalability, security, and high performance (Oracle + .NET Core + API ecosystem).
- Guide and mentor the development team on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct requirement walk throughs with Business, Operations, and Product teams.
- Perform detailed code reviews, ensure First Time Right (FTR) delivery, and enforce governance and security standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (ISG, Infrastructure, Networking, Database) for setting setup, deployments, and support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including HLD, LLD, API specifications, and deployment guides.
- Provide UAT support, ensure timely defect resolution, and enable smooth production rollouts.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, Web APIs, and UI frameworks (Blazor / Angular / React).
- Proficiency in Oracle Database, including stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of 3-tier / N-tier architecture, API integrations, JSON/XML, and security standards.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, and jQuery.
- Exposure to encryption, TDE, audit trails, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
