- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads
- Promote and sell Salesforce services including implementation, customization, integration, and support
- Understand client requirements and align them with Salesforce solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and solution offerings
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay updated on Salesforce products, market trends, and competitor activities
- Participate in events, webinars, and industry forums to generate leads
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or IT services sales
- Experience selling CRM solutions or SaaS products (Salesforce preferred)
- Robust understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its offerings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
- Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a Salesforce partner or consulting firm
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms
- MBA or relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Admin, etc.) are a plus
