- Conduct quality inspections using CMM, height gauge, micrometer, Vernier caliper, VMM to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions through CAPA process to maintain high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for incoming inspection procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Proficiency in operating CMM, height gauge, micrometer, Vernier caliper, VMM equipment.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Familiarity with FAI/Caliberation processes.
