Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to design, implement, support, and optimize SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.




- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and SAP best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 714 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules and their integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions.
- Understanding of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
