Job Summary

We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to source and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Recruit for roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, Allied Health, and other healthcare positions.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets.

Requirements





- 6 months–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing.
- Positive understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
