Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Banking and Payments domain expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic payment transformation and banking technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess solid project management experience, stakeholder management skills, and deep knowledge of payment systems, regulatory requirements, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of banking and payments projects from initiation to closure.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, and Vendors.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks,



and resource plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, compliance teams, and external partners.
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project execution methodologies.
- Ensure successful implementation of payment platforms, banking applications, and integration projects.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely mitigation.
- Track project progress and provide status reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor engagement and third-party payment service providers.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
- Support UAT, go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.
