This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara-Gujarat/Delhi NCR/Pune for a Senior Sales Engineer Responsible for complete South Gujarat region.
- The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales.
- Providing technical support to clients by visiting the site and study applications in maintenance department.
- Communicating product specifications effectively, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- This role involves identifying client needs, understand applications and working parameters to give lubricants solutions accordingly.
- This role involves preparing and presenting technical lubricants’ solutions and contributing to the growth of the company’s clientele and revenue.
- Develop new Channel partners and service providers in the area to develop new customers and client base.
- The role involves Sampling, Trial, Demonstration of products to the clients.
- Offer submission, follow ups for Order, keep eye on competitor’s activities.
REQUIRED QULIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Mechanical/Chemical/Production.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering to develop strategies, meet targets and drive business growth.
- Solid Technical support skills to provide clients with reliable product knowledge and troubleshooting solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present technical concepts and engage with varied stakeholders.
- Customer service skills to build and maintain long term relationships with clients and address their concerns effectively.
- Prior experience in Industrial maintenance products category or sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Versatile and willing to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Selling of Specialty Lubricants OR MRO (Maintenance, Repair and operations) products OR Specialty Welding Electrodes, OR Maintenance products, OR Bearings, OR Industrial Maintenance Consumables.
- Related Work Experience: 2 to 3 Years.
