We are looking for a detail-oriented *Proposal / Quotation Specialist* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer RFQs, preparing accurate cost estimates, and developing technical and commercial proposals for industrial automation projects.

## Key Responsibilities

* Analyze customer RFQs, specifications, and technical drawings.

* Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), costing, pricing, and estimates.

* Develop technical and commercial proposals/quotations.

* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Sales teams for accurate bid preparation.

* Ensure proposals are technically compliant and commercially competitive.

* Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales team during the bidding process.

* Maintain proposal documentation and ensure timely submission of bids.

## Required Skills

* Experience in Proposal, Quotation, Estimation, or Tendering.

* Solid understanding of RFQ analysis and technical documentation.

* Knowledge of BOM preparation, costing, and pricing.





* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

* Good proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
