Marble Industry

Company is into sourcing some of the world's finest natural stones and delivering precision-finished marble solutions. The company focuses on quality, craftsmanship, and providing premium marble and stone products for residential and commercial projects.

Industry: construction materials, marble, tiles, sanitary ware, building materials or related industries preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to ongoing and upcoming construction sites to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and collect project-related information, including project status, material requirements and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors and end clients.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to promote company products and convert leads into business.
- Maintain and update details of site visits, leads, contacts and projects in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics and management teams for smooth order execution and client servicing.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Prepare regular reports on site visits, leads generated, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing or Field Sales
- Experience in construction materials, marble, tiles, sanitary ware, building materials or related industries preferred.
- Solid communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with frequent field visits and meeting clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
