We're looking for an experienced Client Coordinator/Recruitment Coordinator who can take ownership of candidate coordination, team performance, and client requirements.
Location: Malviya Nagar, Delhi
Experience: 12+ months in BPO Recruitment / Consultancy Hiring
Salary: Negotiable + Joining-Based Incentives
Working: 6 Days | Sunday Fixed Off
What Youll Be Handling:
Initial screening of candidates
Candidate follow-ups & interview coordination
Ensuring candidates reach the interview stage and join successfully
Coordinating with clients on hiring requirements and interview updates
Understanding and managing the complete BPO recruitment cycle
Daily interaction with the recruitment/sourcing team
Supporting team members in achieving their hiring & joining targets
Helping the team improve productivity and conversion
Comfortable managing long/extended working hours when required
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in BPO Recruitment / Recruitment Consultancy
- Candidates currently working in Delhi/NCR recruitment consultancies are preferred
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Positive understanding of BPO hiring, screening, interview scheduling, and joining process
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Strong team coordination and client handling skills
- Ability to motivate and support recruiters/sourcing executives
