Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to clients.

- Collaborate with project managers and developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.

- Conduct functional analysis, design, testing, and implementation of WFM solutions using Dell Boomi and other relevant tools.

- Ensure seamless integration between different systems through effective communication and coordination.

- Troubleshoot issues related to WFC scheduling, reporting, and analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on workforce management or similar field.

- Robust understanding of Kronos products including Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Scheduler (WSC), Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards.

- Proficiency in Dell Boomi or equivalent tool for integrating various applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
