• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings
• Assist customers with reservations, cancellations & modifications

Required Candidate profile
Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service / Travel Process
Knowledge of Travel Software/GDS is mandatory
Positive communication skills
Flexible with rotational shifts
