The Field Sales Executive (FSE) is primarily responsible for conducting daily field visits to acquire and onboard

new merchants. The role involves managing both self-generated prospective leads and high-priority meetings

assigned by the Business Development Manager (BDM), closing merchant onboardings, delivering product

presentations, completing documentation, and successfully collecting onboarding payments.

Educational Qualification

Graduate (Any Stream preferred). 12th Pass candidates with relevant field sales

experience may also be considered.

Age Limit

21 30 Years (Indicative age bracket)

Language Proficiency

Fluency in Local City Language + Hindi; Basic understanding of English

preferred.

Vehicle Requirement

Must possess a Two-Wheeler with a valid Driving License

Daily Field Visits:



Conduct 15–20 merchant visits per day within the assigned city territory to expand

merchant footprint.

Lead Generation & Pitching: Proactively identify, cold-call, and generate recent merchant prospects

independently. Present product offerings, pitch merchant solutions, and demonstrate value proposition.

BDM Lead Closures: Attend assigned scheduled meetings provided by the Business Development Manager

(BDM) and convert prospects into active partners.

Onboarding & Payments: Execute onboarding agreements, complete necessary documentation, and

securely collect payment from merchants.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate daily entries in the CRM application covering total visits, lead stages,

status updates, and completed closures.

Follow-up & Pipeline: Maintain consistent follow-up protocols with pending, warm, and interested merchant

accounts to maximize conversion ratios.
